1. What Is an AI Workflow? / 什么是 AI 工作流程？

An AI workflow is a series of steps that uses artificial intelligence to help complete a task more efficiently.

AI 工作流程是指将人工智能应用于一系列有顺序的操作，帮助我们更高效地完成任务。

Instead of asking AI one isolated question, you can use it throughout a project—from planning and research to writing, reviewing, and producing the final result.

Choose one task that you perform regularly.
