1. What Is ChatGPT? / 什么是 ChatGPT？

ChatGPT is an AI assistant developed by OpenAI. It can understand natural language and help people with writing, learning, research, brainstorming, and many everyday tasks.

ChatGPT 是 OpenAI 开发的人工智能助手。它能够理解自然语言，帮助人们写作、学习、整理资料、产生创意以及处理各种日常任务。

You can communicate with ChatGPT by typing questions or, when supported, speaking to it.

你可以通过输入文字与 ChatGPT 交流，也可以使用支持的语音功能进行对话。

2. What Can ChatGPT Do? / ChatGPT 能做什么？

Writing / 写作

Draft emails, letters, articles, and social media posts.

撰写电子邮件、信件、文章和社交媒体内容。

Translation / 翻译

Translate between Chinese, English, and many other languages.

进行中文、英文及其他多种语言之间的翻译。

Learning / 学习

Explain difficult concepts and provide step-by-step examples.

解释复杂知识，并提供循序渐进的学习指导。

Work / 工作

Summarize documents, organize ideas, and help prepare reports.

总结文件、整理思路、协助准备工作报告。

Creativity / 创意

Brainstorm event ideas, marketing content, and project plans.

帮助策划活动、构思营销内容和制定项目计划。

3. How Does ChatGPT Work? / ChatGPT 如何工作？

ChatGPT uses AI models trained to recognize patterns in language and other types of information. It generates responses based on the conversation and available context.

ChatGPT 使用经过训练的人工智能模型，学习语言及其他信息中的规律，并根据对话内容生成回答。

ChatGPT can make mistakes. It may produce inaccurate or outdated information, so important facts should always be checked.

ChatGPT 也可能出错，提供不准确或过时的信息。因此，重要事实应当核实。
